1. Service Description
JobPilotAI.work is an AI-assisted job search platform that analyzes uploaded resumes and searches publicly available job listings to provide ranked matches, AI-generated cover letters, and resume tailoring services. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. No Employment Guarantee
JobPilotAI.work makes absolutely no guarantee of employment, interviews, job offers, callbacks, or any employment-related outcome. AI match scores and job recommendations are informational estimates only and do not reflect actual employer hiring decisions, criteria, or intentions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of any job listing. Job listings may be expired, filled, inaccurate, or fraudulent. You use all results at your own risk.
3. All Sales Are Final — Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Due to the real-time costs incurred by AI API usage and payment processing fees on every transaction, we are generally unable to issue refunds. This applies to: unused search credits, unused resume tailor credits, dissatisfaction with search results, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, failure to find employment, technical issues on your device, accidental purchases, or change of mind. Credits never expire and are the sole remedy for any purchase concern. Exception: In cases of a verified platform-side technical failure that prevented the service from functioning, you may contact us via the in-app support chat. At our sole discretion, we may offer a partial credit replacement or partial refund. This is not a guaranteed right and is evaluated case by case. By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobPilotAI.work, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to: lost income, lost employment opportunities, lost profits, loss of data, cost of substitute services, or any other damages arising from or related to your use of this service, reliance on AI-generated content, inaccuracies in job listings, service interruptions, or inability to access the platform. Your total remedy, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent credit purchase. In no event shall our liability exceed $100 USD.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Cover letters and tailored resumes are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, inappropriate statements, or content unsuitable for specific job applications. You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, truthful, appropriate, effective, or will improve your chances of employment. Submission of AI-generated content to employers is entirely at your own risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JobPilotAI.work only for lawful personal job search purposes. You may not: resell, redistribute, or commercialize the service or its outputs; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform; attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service; upload content that is false, misleading, or belongs to another person; or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the platform itself.
7. Data & Privacy
Your resume is stored until you delete it or close your account. Job search results are automatically deleted 10 days after each search. Resume content is processed by AI systems subject to their respective privacy policies. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on JobPilotAI.work servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or any activity we deem harmful to the platform or other users, without notice and without refund of any unused credits.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase is considered a breach of these Terms of Use and will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all credits. We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest all illegitimate chargebacks.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of JobPilotAI.work shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration in Bexar County, Texas. You expressly waive your right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against JobPilotAI.work.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and JobPilotAI.work regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
